　　他們表示，人們46.9%時間都在胡思亂想，而這段時間最不快樂。

　　就算想的是愉快的事，還是不及專注於手邊工作時愉快。

　　科學家發現，人們最享受、最滿足的時刻，就是專注在一件事情上，包括魚水之歡、運動，或與朋友深入對話。

　　聽音樂和玩耍也有助心思集中。

　　另一方面，休息、工作或使用家用電腦時，心思最容易「放空」。

　　這項發現或許能解釋為什麼有人瘋極限運動、瘋社團，或到酒吧與人閒聊。

@jasoncwd i know right? Where is the logic in that? If God is no more real than santa clause or the tooth fairy then why spend so much time and energy talking and thinking about something that dos not exist? Why spend hours of study to disprove God if he is just as fictional as superman? Why are they always so angry and bitter at God who they supposedly do not believe in. How can you be angry and bitter at nothing? Their actions indicate that God is very much real to them.

2nd night 66 dollars cruise buffet thing... yeh =.= crazy people... so expensive and full of yucky seafood I HATE SEAFOOD... so yeh

3rd night crazy jap food... I dont know they are kind of small=.= and SO EXPENSIVE RAH! so yeh

Food food food food! didnt do much shopping cause we spend our morning sleeping and having headache from the night before... that's what you get from travelling with guys! TT

was crowded and it rained like poo~ but seriously compared to last year's, its a bomb!

What to expect:

erm... there will be 3 haunted houses, a few live shows, 4D journey to the centre of earth something and all the other rides. I bought the 19.99 one and seriously it is worth every cent! like normally it will cost you I think around 70AUD? to enter~ and there will be NO HAUNTED HOUSES so yeh! IT IS WORTH IT GUYS! eventhough its 29.99 this week and 39.99 next week~ IT IS STILL WORTH IT... SO MUCH FUN!

Well the haunted houses are all very... scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the 4D thing is alright... only for people who havent watched the movie I guess... I liked it but my other friends think its stupid.... so yeh~ out of the three haunted house (freddy's nightmare, Saw, 3D psycho maze) Freddy's nightmare is the scariest and the best I believe. So if any of yous wanna go ~~ LINE UP FOR FREDDY's FIRST! some people didnt get to do it last time since it was so packed... so DO THAT ONE FIRST! It is very very scary=.= seriously....like there's this part where its like a kid's room and you walk pass it some scary baby song will start to play and you will hear laughter and BAM! some ghost jumps out from the closet hohoho =.=! Oh and when you walk into Movieworld... there will be zombies chasing you around so... be aware of your surroundings... kinda scary=.= like they will come running to you when

you are not looking at them=.= so yeh!!! BE PREPARED hohohoho! Saw maze was scary too but not as scary as Freddy's... ~ and 3d one is ok.... ha I dont know maybe it is because I was never the first / last person entering so I wasn't that scared but for saw... they actually scare the people in the middle instead of the first so if you are a pussy like me then go in front=.= for saw... I nearly piss my pants.. Nah not really HOHO but yeh~ scary ho~

It didn't hurt much but because my blood pressure was low, they took only a little bit :( they took HEAPS of jason's ... OH MY GAH like WOW... oh and we didnt know that you are meant to drink more than 1 L of water before donating blood kekeke yeh lady was like OMG you only drank 1 cup... yeh~
when they took out the needle.. it was like SEIOFSIFJSEFke.... eww ouch.... disgusting feeling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Live Monkey Brains


Most people probably have heard the tale of the barbaric foreigners who strap a live monkey down and eat its brains while it screams. It has even made it into the Hollywood mainstream in movies like "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom." The common aspects of this story, as it is almost always told, make it an excellent illustration of a classic urban legend.

Recipe

Legends have traditionally been passed down orally and it is no different with the Live Monkey Brain legend. The following is the universal recipe for this legend:

Take one (1) living monkey. The story does not work without the kicking and the screaming and the biting. Just eating monkey brain stew is not particularly interesting or shocking.
Strap beneath special table with hole in center. The monkey must be strapped beneath a table with its head poking up through a hole.
Bop monkey on the head, scoop and serve. The diners usually deliver the fatal blow themselves with hammers, the skull is sawed off and the brains are scooped out with spoons.
That's about as complex as the legend gets, but I'd like to add two special ingredients that you may not have noticed in your culinary excursions:

Others do it in other places. This is universal in every version I have ever heard or seen. Americans say the Taiwanese do it. Indonesians say the Taiwanese do it. 小鑫潔急性血癌‧急籌12萬移植干細胞

2歲半的蔡鑫潔，原本是一名性格溫順，愛笑的寶寶，但是一場病卻讓她的性格突變，現在的她漸漸收起笑臉，時而皺眉、發出痛苦的伸吟。或許她的身體實在太虛弱，化療的痛楚無法表達出來，所以她總是苦著臉，讓親人見了也心酸、難過。

這名很有個性的小公主是去年7月被診斷患有急性淋巴細胞白血病，俗稱急性血癌。自此媽媽就帶著她就從東馬砂拉越老家來到首都，開始漫長的化療過程。

本來以為化療過程在今年9月就能完成，鑫潔可以出院回家，但是事與願違，她6月中旬被診斷癌細胞復發，這個噩耗讓爸爸哭了一天，媽媽難過失望。母帶女從砂赴隆治療次階段療程發現癌細胞復發.媽媽佐瑟芬（28歲）表示，她是在鑫潔被診斷患病後，陪著她從砂州老越來到首都一家政府醫院接受化療治療。整個療程分3階段進行，預計在9月完成整個療程，惟在今年6月的第二個階段時，醫生發現鑫潔癌細胞復發。一波未停，一波又起，這個壞消息讓滿懷期待的夫妻猶如晴天霹靂。據醫生透露，化療治療對鑫潔的病情效用不大，她必須接受臍帶血干細胞移植手術，才能降低復發的可能性。

"醫生指鑫潔目前病情暫時受控，並需趁這時候儘速進行手術，否則擔心鑫潔的病情會有變化。"

鑫潔目前在一家政府醫院接受化療，父親蔡勝輝（38歲）和佐瑟芬早前通過星洲日報基金會，籌募12萬7000令吉的手術醫療費。

父駕德士母家庭主婦龐大醫療費令雙親苦惱

蔡勝輝是一名德士司機，佐瑟芬則是一名家庭主婦，龐大的醫療費用讓夫妻倆束手無策。

"鑫潔爸爸一直很掛念著孩子，但是為了省錢不敢常來西馬探望孩子。他每天都工作超過12小時，要賺錢給孩子醫病。"

她表示，很多親戚朋友在鑫潔化療時期紛紛伸出援手，惟目前尚需要大筆手術費，他們也無能為力。

獲知愛女癌復發父難過哭了整天.

鑫潔是佐瑟芬唯一的孩子，本來很受疼惜。現在看著她飽受病魔折磨，夫妻倆更是把她當成小公主般寵愛，要甚麼就給甚麼。

佐瑟芬也表示，剛知道孩子的癌症復發時，丈夫真的很難過並無法接受，哭了一整天。

"我們母女來到這裡求醫初期，他每次打電話來都會難過流淚，經過親友的開解，他現在心情已慢慢平復。"

小鑫潔愛玩手機遊戲

小鑫潔是手機迷，自己會玩手機遊戲，還會接聽電話，可愛動作常常逗樂媽媽。

佐瑟芬表示，小鑫潔沒有很多玩具，平時只是喜歡玩手機遊戲，也喜歡看手機內其他堂兄弟妹的照片。

"鑫潔爸爸每天都會打幾通電話給我，有時候我走開，她還會自己接聽和爸爸講話。"

小小年紀就得和病魔抗戰，讓小鑫潔收起笑臉，常嘟嘴、皺眉發出呻吟聲，似乎在宣泄體內的痛楚。（圖：星洲日報）

AAADD - KNOW THE SYMPTOMS.....

Thank goodness there's a name for this disorder. Somehow I feel better, even though I have it!!


Recently, I was diagnosed with A.A.A.D.D. - Age-Activated Attention Deficit Disorder. This is how it manifests itself:

I decide to water my garden.

As I turn on the hose in the driveway, I look over at my car and decide it needs washing.

As I head towards the garage, I notice mail on the porch table that I picked up from the postman earlier. I decide to go through the mail before I wash the car.

I lay my car keys on the table, put the junk mail in the recycling box under the table, and notice that the recycling box is full. So, I decide to put the bills back on the table and take out the recycling first.

But then I think, since I'm going to be near the postbox when I take out the recycling paper anyway, I may as well pay the bills first.

I take my cheque book off the table, and notice that there is only one cheque left. My extra cheques are in my desk in the study, so I go inside the house to my desk where I find the cup of coffee I'd been drinking.

I'm going to look for my cheques, but first I need to push the coffee aside so that I don't accidentally knock it over. The coffee is getting cold, and I decide to make another cup.

As I head toward the kitchen with the cold coffee, a vase of flowers on the work top catches my eye - the flowers need water.

I put the coffee on the work top and discover my reading glasses that I've been searching for all morning.

I decide I better put them back on my desk, but first I'm going to water the flowers.

I put the glasses back down on the work top, fill a container with water and suddenly spot the TV remote control. Someone left it on the kitchen table.

I realize that tonight when we go to watch TV, I'll be looking for the remote, but I won't remember that it's on the kitchen table, so I decide to put it back where it belongs, but first I'll water the flowers.

I pour some water in the flowers, but quite a bit of it spills on the floor. So, I put the remote back on the table, get some towels and wipe up the spill.

Then, I head down the hall trying to remember what I was planning to do.

At the end of the day:
The car isn't washed.
The bills aren't paid.
There is a cold cup of coffee sitting on the counter.
The flowers don't have enough water.
There is still only 1 cheque in my cheque book.
I can't find the remote.
I can't find my glasses.
And I don't remember what I did with the car keys.

Then, when I try to figure out why nothing got done today, I'm really baffled because I know I was damned busy all day, and I'm really tired.

I realize this is a serious problem, and I'll try to get some help for it, but first I'll check my e-mail.

What have I been doing hmmm~

Good morning~~~!! i miss my long hair... :( i swear my hair is not growing... like=.= yeh seriously...

anyways... my daddy went back last thursday~~~ no more breakfast:(lol~

baby and I went to chermside yesterday.... and he was like I think you have to dress more elegantly...=.= no no no that is so not me.... wait I am elegant HAAAAA...

yeh he was like blablablabla stop wearing cute stuff like those bear shoes (yes he calls my boots bear shoes) blablabla~ HAAAAAAAA meh...

and then we went to novo... my fav fav fav shop .... I don't know why... and then Peter Alexander... 2nd fav fav shop... overpriced pJs much? but they are so beautiful~

Anyways...went to eat bread and coffee... then home...

We were going to go see GLOW WORMS... but nah... tired....

and I am staying at home today.... shall finish my gossip girl... lol=.=

I think baby is coming to play WII with me later or something~ I don't know but yeh~

Wii is good.... i love wii but mine has that pirated game thing so i can't buy games here :( or any original games... weird right... we bought some from Malaysia... (original ones) and they won't PLAY wth! so so so we have to get pirated ones... they are cheap and everything but some of them suck... like you can play till certain level and then it will DIE... so yeh =.= kinda sad...

MY left ear really hurts... I think someone hit my left ear 3rd hole... it was bleeding so i had to wash it this morning... PAINFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but I love that hole~ lol so i am keeping it... ~

Well, we went to Harbour Town yesterday... wooo Midyear sales... How romantic
It was crap... stuff on big sales are like those that are either BROKEN or they are just real fugly... so didnt buy much... Spent most of my money yesterday on food... lol
baby spent 80 bucks on shoes at Timberland... i swear they look like golf shoes but yeh it is pretty nice~ they were like 200 ++ before sales... pretty good ey...
80% of the people there are Arabs i swear... RICH people ... you see them with like big bags from shops like POLO, OROTON,TOMMY etc... like seriously... BIG BIG bags ~ no jokes yo~
Anyways...
I woke up at 11 today... I had to wake up cause of my dad... if it wasn't for my dad, I could lay there till 5.00p.m. when my mummy comes home... cause like... waking up = start of the day = alot of things to do (like facebook/check mails etc... very tiring) lol... I'd rather lay there and sleep and sleep and sleep... Good method for dieting too!

SPAIN~ Plastic Surgery?

Yo babies,
Yesterday our beloved octopus, PAUL predicted that SPAIN will KNOCKOUT GERMANY~~~~ yoyoyoyoyo~ SO i guess Spain is the winner then... HAHAHAHA! I am going to win this bet again yo~ I hope Paul the octopus is right....Well, what's new.... erm beside from the octopus prediction.... I am going to IKEA in in in 3 hours time... how exciting...! Meatballs... yummy~Oh and i came across this Korean girl's surgery thing...here...Tah dah~~~ Before and After.... look at her chin man~ so cool~~ So cool~
Now look at this...SO SO SO SO SO different!!! so much prettier~ like seriously her face is like i swear 5 times longer and skinnier man...
Now now now, look at this:
OMG~ so cool, look at her tummy! her legs! her bum!! her arms! WOW...I WANT.. ! i wish i am brave enough to do that but seriously, after looking at these pictures of her surgery procedure... erm i think... nah i am happy with my face-.-The journey begins~~~~ tahdah~~I can tell she is really brave, like HOW CAN YOU DO A PEACE SIGN WHEN YOU ARE IN SO MUCH PAIN... omg=.= OUCH... ouch
This is the special liquid thing they use after the surgery for her to gurgle her mouth with for 4 days... to prevent infection... sigh and and and she can't eat for 14 days.... =.="
I guess that's the price you have to pay =.= Oh and it cost her around 12K in total only for her facial part surgery which consists of erm... Lower face lift, middle face lift, brow lift, Nose job, Lips augmentation etc. However, it is so much cheaper compares to the ones here... so babies, if you ever want to do something like that.... go KOREA yo~ Much better technology i reckon, i mean look at the scary Hollywood stars with their wonky faces after surgery... yeh ~
All I can say is, the world is now full of pretty girls, which means, girls nowadays want to be prettier than pretty. It is kinda a role now, to be beautiful. DAMN, why is life so hardcore nowadays...
but I am fine... as long as i have my chips and ice cream, i am happy... FOR NOW...
